19thC English Antique Salt-glazed Stoneware Pistol-Shaped Whisky Flask by Stephen Green, Imperial Potteries, Lambeth, London, Circa 1831-1858A 19th Century English antique stoneware pistol flask with a hollow barrel. Used originally as a whisky flask where a cork stopper would be placed at the end of the barrel. Decorated in salt glaze. There is an impressed makers mark of "Stephen Green, Imperial Potteries, Lambeth" on the top of the flask. The factory produced earthenware from 1828 to 1831 in Lambeth, Greater London, and also made stoneware from 1831 to 1858. Condition as per the images.
