It's easy to clean, and leaves no after taste of any kind, nothing but great tasting matcha. The whisk makes to mix and get all the matcha powder so non sticks at the bottom or sides. Simple matcha kit that works. I make my Matcha in my mug so I did not need a bowl. (One less thing to clean. ) As long as you clean what you use right away, it all just comes off. It's survived near daily use since I baught it.
