Bronze Wall Plate, 1930sA sculptural bronze wall plate from Nordisk Malm, designed by N. Dam Ravna in Denmark during the 1930s. At its centre, a beautifully modelled Sagittarius figure rises in relief, giving the plate a mythic presence and a distinctly Art Deco sensibility. The bronze has developed a deep, nuanced patina over time, adding warmth and character to its surface. The reverse bears a faint inscription alongside the makers mark and hanging bracket.
