Skinners, pelters and scrapers, fine tools of the trade. All are made from fine surgical stainless steel, and finished with an HRC of 57 58. This is a shorter version of the triangle shaped pelting knife. The handle is the same as the 1 S pelting knife, just a slightly shorter blade.
