Cerith Snail - Cerithium atratum - 300 LotCerith Snails do a wonderful job of controlling a variety of algae, most notably the red slime algae that forms along the base of glass reef aquariums. The species that we favor is C. atratum. These are not found within tidepools but rather in areas of fish activity. These are among the hardiest and most sustainable of anything that we offer. Size varies from about 1 to 2 inches in length.

Perfect tuxedo to use for many functions. Got it about 2 years ago and have used it probably twice for galas as well as awards programs. Fits to size and didn’t break the bank. Texture is good and it is easy to pair with anything as well as is reusable.
