Les lames sont en acier inoxydable AUS8A (duret 581 HRC) et ont une paisseur de 3,7 mm 4 mm. Les ciseaux prsentent une lgante surface mate anti rverbration et un dispositif de fixation brevet "duplex interlock", qui ne se desserre pas facilement. Les vis sont traites et trempes jusqu 451 HRC. La Srie 7000 a reu le IF Design Award 2005.
