Great fiber blend!
This psyllium husk supplement is fantastic. I love that it combines psyllium, inulin, and acacia โ the 3-in-1 blend makes it much more effective than regular fiber alone. The capsules are easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and I noticed better digestion and regularity within just a few days.
I also appreciate that itโs plant-based, non-GMO, and doesnโt have any weird aftertaste or additives. With 300 capsules, the bottle lasts a long time and is a great value. Very great addition to my keto diet!
